Elaine has been in the dental industry for over 28 years. She began her career as a dental assistant while pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Cal State Hayward. Elaine found her true passion in managing dental practices. Her wealth of information about dental insurances, educating patients in the advantages of having an FSA / HSA through their companies, explaining dental procedures and establishing rapport with every patient makes her a valuable team leader at Pleasant Hill Dentistry. On her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and discovering new restaurants to eat at!

Front Desk Receptionist
Leslie is a joy to have in the office! She has demeanor and compassion with our patients and established good rapports with our patients. Before joining Dr Bautista and his team, Leslie was an RDA in Washington, relocating back to California to rejoin her family. Leslie and her husband love spending time with their four legged family members, Loki and Freya, and exploring the outdoors. When she isn't in the office, you can find her near the beach enjoying the fresh, salted air and finding amazing locations for her photography.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Ivette has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 15 years. She attended the Dental Hygiene Program at Diablo Valley College and after receiving her Masters of Science from UCSF she returned to DVC to teach. She also enjoys volunteering and has done many trips abroad to provide Dental Hygiene services to rural areas in need. Outside of work she enjoys running and hiking and spending time with her daughter, family and friends

Since she was a little girl, Margherita has always been around dentistry. Her mother was a dentist in Poland and was her mentor, as well as the one who encouraged her to become a dental hygienist. What she enjoys the most about her job is the close connections she make with her patients, treating them the same way she would treat her family and friends. She is committed to creating a comfortable and safe environment, and making sure her patients are taken care of. The best reward for her is being allowed to see a patient's improvement in their oral hygiene. On her spare time, she enjoys the company of her four legged family, Paco and Matilda, making sure they also have the best oral hygiene. They are still working on they flossing......
