What a great office! I made first appointment because it was close to work, and I was wowed with practice. Dr. Bautista was really knowledgeable gentle on my self since I wasn't flossing and showed me some tips keeping my teeth healthy. I did my follow up 6 months later and I'm doing much better great people definitely recommend this office.

There are dentists out there who try to put you on a financial plan after your first consultation to squeeze as much money out of you, and then there are honest people like Dr. Bautista who aren't sales people pretending to be dentists.

Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Bautista, I had an awful and very costly experience with my previous denstist in Walnut Creek (I won't name the practice but any dentist office with the word "Art" in the name should've raised a red flag) and avoided going back there despite follow-up work that was needed on my tooth.

Luckily my husband found Dr. Bautista and recommended that I make an appointment. That was two years ago, and I have to say Dr. Bautista and his staff have won my trust. I have never felt any pressure ever from Dr. Bautista or his staff to get all the work done right away and have worked with me to schedule visits based on my insurance plan. This was a very important criteria for me and Pam has been a wonderful help here!

As one yelper has already said, Dr. Bautista and his staff are very friendly, down to earth, genuine and funny. They have been very accommodating to both my husband and I, and I actually find myself enjoying my dental visits!
